[NBM Sales Representative Nick Tracia] presented a proposal that materially reduced our lease payments for a newer machine. I cannot praise [NBM Field Service technicians] Ron and Scott highly enough, the entire NBM team is always there for me bending over backwards for me as fast as possible.

Having reviewed the lease carefully, I was fairly certain there would be no surprises.
